Maracuja (meaning ‘passion fruit) is a co-operative enterprise specialising in healthy multi-cultural cuisine and exotic dishes, art exhibitions, entertainment, cultural events, training and consultancy. Maracuja offers African-Caribbean catering. Located in Rochdale, Maracuja aims to increase the area’s sense of pride and community cohesion using a cultural approach with local food at the centre. Maracuja was set up by local people from Rochdale.
